Welcome to the Katzenworld Shop,
We are a family-run business that specialises in gifts for the whole family. As our name suggests a lot of our products of course have a cat theme to them. 😉
We originally started out as a cat blog before venturing into the retail world. We pride ourselves in stocking only top-quality products. Each one has been carefully tested before we decide to stock it. Purchases from our Shop help us run our Blog and we also support charities such as our main charity partner International Cat Care.
We often get asked why we also sell children’s toys, Trading Cards and homeware and the answer is simple, we like to provide an all-round shopping experience for the whole family. 🙂
If you prefer to shop in person you can meet us at many pet and cat shows around the UK as we often run stalls at those.
So how did it all start? Because we loved reading about cats on the internet we were really keen on putting together a portal not just for our own cats but also as a one-stop source on all things cats for our friends and fellow cat lovers. Because the idea was conceived between us and friends during our bi-weekly board and trading card game evenings the shop of course inherited a lot of our personal likes and hobbies!
We are always happy to ship worldwide and if you sign-up to our Newsletter (click on the email icon in the top or put your details in the form in the side-bar) you’ll receive a welcome discount and ongoing sales discounts. For worldwide orders please note that sometimes the automatic postage calculator can come out quite high. If you notice this please do get in touch and we will run a quote for you manually. If the automatic postage calculator overcharged on an order we will always refund the difference.

Native Oregonian Mollie Hunt has always had an affinity for cats, so it was a short step for her to become a cat writer. Mollie is the author of the Crazy Cat Lady cozy mystery series, including Cats’ Eyes, Copy Cats, Cat’s Paw, and Cat Call (coming in October 2017). The series features Lynley Cannon, a sixty-something cat shelter volunteer who finds more trouble than a cat in a catnip patch. Mollie is a member of the Oregon Writers’ Colony, Sisters in Crime, and the Cat Writers’ Association. This year she won a CWA Muse Medallion for her 3-part blogpost series, Life Stages. Mollie lives in Portland’s eclectic Hawthorne district with her husband and a varying number of cats. Like her character, Lynley Cannon, she is a grateful shelter volunteer.

Dirk spends most of his time relaxing with Karen or anywhere around the house really. He is also
