How It Works

1. Contact us before ordering to discuss what you’d like engraved so we can confirm that your idea is suitable and possible.
2. Choose your preferred binder colour.
3. Once we’ve confirmed that your design can be created, place your order.
4. We’ll prepare the artwork and provide a digital design proof for your approval before engraving.
5. Once approved, your binder will be individually laser engraved and prepared for dispatch.

Please do not place your order until you’ve discussed your design with us and we’ve confirmed that we can create it.

Custom Artwork

If you’re supplying your own artwork, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any rights or permissions necessary for us to reproduce it.

Not every image is suitable for laser engraving. We may need to adjust elements such as contrast, line weight or fine detail to achieve the best engraving result.

Where adjustments are required, we’ll prepare the artwork and provide you with a design proof before engraving begins.

Your Finished Engraving

Laser engraving permanently marks the surface of the binder rather than applying a sticker, vinyl or printed transfer.

The exact appearance and contrast of the finished engraving may vary depending on the binder colour, material and artwork.

Your digital proof represents the intended layout and design. Due to the nature of laser engraving and differences between screen displays and physical materials, the finished engraving may not be identical in colour or contrast to the on-screen proof.

Please check and approve your design proof carefully. Once you have approved the artwork and engraving has begun, the design cannot be changed.

As this is a personalised product made to your specifications, it is not eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where required by your statutory consumer rights.
