I made the mistake of not buying the jacket when i bought the player. I quickly realised that it was needed. Thankfully due to fantastic customer service it arrived very speedily and our player was protected! It pained me to watch the kids carrying the player around the house in one hand trying to balance various things. The big handle is great for little hands to grip.
