I bought this to refresh silvervine toys, and it does work. However, while the original toys kept exciting my cats for a couple of weeks, the scent from this powder seems to disappear in a couple of days.

Hi Anne, The reason the powder stops working more quickly when applied to toys on the outside is that the powder will fall off or be licked off by cats.
